Using the platform by users (including cargo owners, drivers, and transport companies) implies full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this agreement.

2. Definitions:

• Netbar Platform: An online platform for posting cargo, searching for cargo, fleet management, and connecting with drivers and transport companies.

• Cargo Owner: An individual or company registered on the platform who announces cargo for shipment.

• Driver: An individual with a licensed freight vehicle who expresses readiness to transport goods via the platform.

• Transport Company: A qualified and licensed company that uses the platform to receive or assign cargo.

3. Registration and Usage Terms:

• Users are required to enter accurate, correct, and up-to-date information when registering on the platform.

• Using the platform is subject to identity and document verification by the Netbar support team.

• Users commit to operating only within the legal framework of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

4. Responsibilities:

• Netbar: Shall bear no responsibility for the accuracy of user-submitted information, the shipping process, delays, damages, or possible violations by parties. However, in case of reports, Netbar may suspend or deactivate the offending account.

• Coordination, freight contract signing, waybill issuance, and payment collection are the responsibilities of the users (cargo owner and driver/transport company).

5. Tariffs and Payments:

• Some services of the platform may involve subscription fees or commissions, which will be transparently communicated before purchase or use.

• All payments will be made through official and secure banking gateways.

6. Privacy Policy:

Netbar is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of user information and will use the submitted data solely to improve services and in accordance with national regulations.

7. Account Suspension and Termination:

In the event of misuse, incorrect information submission, unauthorized activity, or rule violations, the platform reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the user's account without prior notice.
